We offer off-site backup, fixed fee data recovery and a variety of other services that ensure that the support we provide is jargon free, friendly and, most importantly, meets the needs of your business.
We also know that despite best intentions, accidents do happen and some products eventually reach the end of their lives. When they do, we know you want to get up and working again as fast as possible. We won’t ask you to raise a support ticket or wait in a queue to talk to an advisor – we’ll either help you identify the problem and explain what we can do to help, or in case of an accident (and we know that cups of tea do get spilt!) we can set about recovering what we can (hopefully the entire device) as quickly as possible.
We can also help you set up networks, explain the advantages and disadvantages of Wifi, help with cabling, cloud storage and provide training. We won’t tie you into a contract for products and services you don’t need and we’ll only provide advice about purchasing hardware and software – we won’t force you (or make you feel like you’ve been forced) to make a purchase.
