Maximise Your Mac
Are you a new Mac user or think you’re not getting the most from you Mac? This introductory offer means we’ll come to you for up to 2 hours and take you through all or some of the following:
- Testing Hardware and Software
- Backup
- Organising file storage
- AppleID and its importance
- Searching and finding
- WiFi testing
- Printer/scanner connection
- Photo management
- Maintenance going forward/how to check your Mac is healthy
- Anti Malware measures
- Any questions?
You’ll also get to see quite how nice we are and understand how we work.
Cost: £60 – this is an introductory offer and our standard charges will apply after our first visit.
Data Recovery
This is our speciality!
Fixed price of £140 for any amount of data. No fix/no fee basis.
Free collection and delivery for data recovery/repair in Beds, Bucks and Herts.
Mac MOT
For small businesses (up to 10 Macs) our Quarterly Mac MOT covers everything you need to keep your Macs running smoothly:
- 3 hours on site every 3 months
- Unlimited phone and remote access support
- All Macs checked for hard drive health
- Performance optimised
- Network tested and optimised
- Software updates applied
- Backups set up and checked
- Any user questions
- Security testing/advice
- Server maintenance if required
We offer a choice of 2 price options within the Mac MOT:
Unlimited phone support/pre-purchase questions/general advice: £15 per month per person
OR
Unlimited phone support/pre-purchase questions/general advice plus remote access support (subject to broadband speed). This involves taking over a remote Mac to diagnose and fix problems/install new hardware/demonstrate software etc: £25 per month per person
For businesses with over 10 Macs, bespoke packages are available.
The “Help Me Macrat it’s broken” service
Our standard charge in these circumstances is £70 per hour and we provide free collection and delivery for all repairs in Beds, Herts & Bucks.
